Missing star figures like forward Jean-Philippe Mateta and wing-back Daniel Muñoz, the Eagles left Dublin with a comfortable win that all but guarantees them a place in the Conference League playoffs.
A further three points in their upcoming fixture against Finland's KuPS should be enough to seal straight entry to the knockout stages, especially after a previous stumble against Strasbourg.
Squad Members Seize the Opportunity
This match provided a platform for some of Palace's lesser-used talent to shine. Christantus Uche, in only his second beginning after joining on loan from Getafe, notched the account with a clinical goal. Forward Eddie Nketiah contributed a second, scoring for the second consecutive succession.

The match was as good as over eight minutes from half-time. Yeremy Pino meandered past some weak challenges before coolly dispatching a shot past goalkeeper Wessel Speel to extend the lead to 3-0.
After the break, coach Oliver Glasner took the chance to rest several individuals like Kamada and Wharton. Substitute Romain Esse came close to scoring with his first touch, only to see his shot blocked.
Esse was desperately unlucky later on, seeing one shot strike off each posts before being gathered on the line. Uche then missed a glaring chance, showing there is still room for development in his game.
A solitary concern for Palace was a second-half knock to Justin Devenny, who was forced off. This paved the way for 17-year-old forward Benji Casey to earn his senior debut, rounding off an otherwise positive evening for the visiting side.
